Please confirm all the capitalized alphabets are correct or not. Remind you all the letters on the card are capitalized and there won't be a O or 0(zero) in the password section.
If situation like this occurs, you might have already topped up successfully. Problems like this occur when data are sent twice due to system processing. We recommend you relog your account and confirm if your Facebook credits has increased.
