Chunghwa Telecom, Taiwan Mobile, FET Mobile, Chunghwa Telecom local phone, Asia Pacific Telecom, credit cards, Chunghwa Telecom ADSL, Seednet, So-net, WebATM (All payment method are available only for Taiwan users).

I want to use the WebATM to purchase Facebook Credits, but my bank isn’t listed in the list above, can I still make my purchase?
