Why is MyCardPoints online purchase out of service?

The vending channel of MyCard Facebook Co-branded Card and online payment of MyCard Facebook Credits have been closed on December5, 2018. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The time of service closing down:

1. MyCard Points online purchase service will be closed on December5, 2018.

2. MyCard Facebook Co-branded Card vending channel will be closed on December5, 2018.

Why do my Facebook credits become currencies?

Facebook official has recently adjusted the payment method of purchasing Facebook credits. The new credits will automatically convert to the default currency.

How do I know if my Facebook account has been converted to my currency?

If you want to confirm the Facebook local currency, please log in Facebook account, and then to the payment settings to confirm the account balance. If the default currency is different from the currency you are currently using, we recommend clicking the currency option to edit.

How do I change my preferred currency for payments I make on Facebook?

To change your preferred currency for payments you make on Facebook:

  • Click in the top right of Facebook and select Settings
  • Click Payments in the left menu and then click Account Settings
  • Below Preferences, select your preferred currency and then click Save Changes

What is MyCard Facebook Co-branded Card?

MyCard Facebook co-branded card is a Game Value Card for Facebook Credits, you can only use it to Top up Facebook credits, if the game you are playing does not use Facebook Credits, Please purchase MyCard (Game Value Card).

*From 2017. Jul 31th (Mon.)23:59 Taiwan district will stop selling MyCard Facebook Co-branded card.


What is the exchange rate between MyCard Facebook Appointed Card to Facebook Credits?

The exchange rate between MyCard Facebook Co-branded Card to Facebook Credits is according to the everyday exchange rate of USD. The actual transaction rate will be shown on the transaction page.


What can I do if a problem occurred when topping up?

If you have problem topping up or a purchase, Please call MyCard customer service: +886-2-2651-0754 for help. (Hong Kong users please dial +852-2334-8869), MyCard customer service will be pleased to help you.

If you faced a problem after topping up or finishing a purchase, you can go to our "Customer Service Reply System" and leave your questions and information such as : which Facebook account you used to make the purchase, your ID for your account, payment method, cell phone number entered for transaction, email, purchase date and purchase detail.


How to check Facebook my balance?

Please go to Facebook , Please click【Account】and choose【Account settings】, click【Account settings】and then you can check the remainder Facebook Credits.


Serial number and password are invalid for top up, what can I do?

Please confirm all the capitalized alphabets are correct or not. Reminder: All the letters on the card are capitalized and there won't be a letter O or 0(zero) in the password section.


What can I do if the system tells me the card has been used?

If situation like this occurs, you might have already topped up successfully. Problems like this occur when data are sent twice due to system processing. We recommend you re logging in your account and confirm if your Facebook credits has increased. If you still fail to receive your credits, please offer information such as your top up card serial number, credit value, transaction time, failure message to MyCard customer service.


What can I do if my account cannot redeem Facebook currency?

If your account cannot be store Facebook local currency, there may be Facebook official locked or frozen your account. Please contact Facebook support center and the official staff for further confirmation. Thank you.
