Why should I sign up a MyCard account?

MCF card can top up Facebook without signing up a new membership account while Mycard couldn’t directly top up as Facebook Credits. If you want to top up MyCard as Facebook credits, you can top up your MyCard into your MyCard account and exchange them into Facebook Credits.

What is bonding with a MyCard account?

If you want to exchange to Facebook Credits with your MyCard points, you need to bond your Facebook Account to your MyCard account. Then you can directly exchange your MyCard Account points into Facebook Credits.

Can one I bond more Facebook account into MyCard account?

Each Facebook account can only bond to one MyCard account but a MyCard account can bond to three Facebook accounts.

I want to unbond my MyCard account to my Facebook Account, How do I do that?

If you have mySafe, You can use this unbind function. If you are overseas members or you don’t have mySafe. Please download the 事項處理申請表, and fill in all the information needed including your MyCard account and Facebook account and FacebookUID. Fax it to MyCard customer service center(02_2651-0754. Non Taiwan used please dial 886-2-26510754 when faxing. Or you can fill in the form and send it to our mail: service@mycard520.com.tw in picture format. After we received your files we will help you with your request within 1~3 working days.
