• For the transaction issues, when MyCard receiving related proofs or documents and will inform the game company to lock the game accounts or member accounts until the issue had been solved.
• When you choose WEB ATM payment method, please prepare the Card Reader to complete transference. The transaction will fail if you transfer by ATM entities.
• MyCard issues invoice in accordance with the rule and regulation in Taiwan (R.O.C.)
• The matters of the goods or services are provided or rendered with digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, or online services which would be fully performed once begun is not applicable the regulations of Paragraph 2, Article 19 of the “Consumer Protection Act” concerning the right to rescind the distance sales.
