Chunghwa Telecom IDC Mainten

Dear Partner,

To enhance the service quality, Chunghwa Telecom IDC will conduct network equipment maintenance operations from 00:00 a.m. to 04:00 a.m. on April 13th (GMT+8, Taiwan).

During the operation period, short-term disconnections may occur. MyCard Prepaid Card, MyCard Billing and MyCard Member E-Wallet transaction may be temporarily unavailable for 30 to 60 minutes.

Please do not shut down MyCard payment channels during the period so that gamers can continue their payments when the network resumes.

Please assist in posting the announcement on your company's official website. We apologize for any inconveniences.
